Writing a sales page from scratch is hard. Writing one that converts? Even harder.
This two-part prompt is how I shortcut the process: first, you feed it a sales page you admire and let AI reverse-engineer exactly why it works. Then, you use that same structure to write your own. No staring at a blank page, no guessing what should go where. Just borrow the architecture from someone who’s already figured it out, and make it yours.
Part 1 of the prompt:
Fetch and analyse this sales page: [Link]
I want to understand:
- The overall persuasion architecture (section order and why)
- Headline and sub headline patterns
- How they position against alternatives (anti-positioning)
- CTA strategy (placement, frequency, language)
- Social proof approach (testimonials, logos, case studies)
- Risk reversal (guarantees, objection handling)
- What works well
- What’s weak
- What I should steal for my own sales page
Part 2 of the prompt:
Prompt: Now write sales page copy for my offer using that same structure.
My offer: [Name of product/service]
What it is: [Course / coaching / template / service / etc.]
Price: [$X]
Who it’s for: [Target audience — be specific]
The transformation: [Where they are now → where they’ll be after]
What’s included: [List modules, bonuses, deliverables]
What I’m positioning against (the “not this” stuff): [What you’re the alternative to — hustle culture, complex funnels, expensive agencies, etc.]
Testimonials I have: [Paste them or attach a file]
My tone/vibe: [Warm, direct, playful, premium, casual, etc.]
Guarantee: [Money-back policy, if any]
Write the full copy section by section. After I approve it, build me a mockup I can take to Replit.
