Lately, I’ve been deep in behind-the-scenes work and it feels really different this time.
Listen to the audio
Not because I’ve suddenly become superhuman (I’m still juggling a full plate of client work, YouTube content, and life with a 3-year-old 😅)… but because I’m choosing to do things differently. More intentionally.
Here’s what I’ve been working on:
👉 Migrating from Teachable to a new platform to host my online courses
Like many providers, Teachable are raising their prices following a trend like Active Campaign and Canva to name and shame a few.
It’s tempting to complain and not take any action, but I’m exercising that muscle of: take back control, make the decision, move forward.
I also acknowledge that for some things, it’s just too hard to move. And that’s okay, too.
Migrating is annoying. It’s time and work. Whether you do it yourself or get someone else to do it. But sometimes doing the hard thing upfront creates so much more ease down the line. And saves you money as well.
👉 Creating a new AI for YouTube course
The market’s shifting. Creators’ needs are shifting. And honestly… I’m shifting too.
So I’m building an AI for YouTube program. Now before you roll your eyes to say “ANOTHER AI program, Sara??”
I’m making this as something accessible, actionable, and different from my usual high-ticket coaching.
It’s based on my learnings from using AI to help me do ALL the things and it’s been magical. And instead of being a huge overwhelming course, it will just be what you need.
Like, AI for scripting videos, or AI for thumbnails. Bite sized, delicious morsels of AI so you can get the job done.
Because business isn’t about clinging to “this is what you’ve always done.” It’s about paying attention to what works, what feels aligned, and where you want to grow next.
And in this case? It’s embracing the massive potential of AI to support businesses to create YouTube video content in smarter, simple ways. So we don’t need to stay bogged down in the busy work of video.
As cliched as it is, AI allows us to get more done in less time. We may as well!
👉 A secret squirrel business 🐿️
And because life clearly wasn’t full enough… I’m quietly building a new business that’s been tugging at my heart for a while.
Maybe it’s a mid-life crisis after turning 41 but I had one of those “if not now, when?” moments.
I ran the numbers, mapped the risks and now I’m working away behind the scenes.
Don’t worry, I’m not closing down shop or anything like that. This business will run alongside everything else that I do.
Launch coming soon. (More on that when I can share!)
Why does this season feel different?
Because I’m not operating from “I should do this” or “this is what everyone says to do.”
I’m asking:
✨ What feels right for me now?
✨ Where do I want to lean in and lead?
✨ What do my clients (and future clients) need next?
It’s exciting. And yes, a little nerve-wracking too.
But that’s the good kind of growth. 🙌
So if you’ve been sensing it’s time to shift something in your own business, consider this your nudge.
You don’t have to do it all at once. Just start moving. 🚀
I’ll be back soon with more on these projects and how AI is making the future for YouTube creators much easier.
More soon,
Sara ✨
