Easy YouTube & Facebook Live Streaming Tips for Beginners – Video Transcript
What are some easy ways that you can improve your live stream, whether you are looking to live stream on YouTube, or you are looking to live stream on Facebook or any other live streaming platform? I’ve got seven and a bonus one, which is eight tips today.
The bonus one you’ll see is a result of, I’m including it, but I’m not including it because I can’t hear anything. That might give you an indication of what it’s actually about, but let’s get started right now. For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Sara Nguyen, and I help businesses build their businesses using live streaming.
And I live stream a lot about live streaming on YouTube and Facebook. I’m really excited to have you here today. Now there’s a, there’s going to be a lot of resources that I’m going to throw at you, and I’m going to put the links in the description.
Whether you are watching me live now or catching the replay, everything will be there. You can go and check that out in the timestamps as well, because we love timestamps because we can just jump to those sections.
Now, if you are live on the chat, please feel free to ask me questions and I’ll get to them at the end of the live stream. If you’re catching the replay, please leave a comment. If you have any follow-up questions on any of the things that I’m talking about, and I’ve got so much to talk about today, so super excited.
Let’s get into some of the tips to help you get better live streams. And I know this is a big haul, but I really believe if you implement just one of these things that I talk about today, this will really help you improve your live stream in one way or another.
I’ve got seven plus a bonus one— eight tips today. If you picked just one of these, I really think that, you know, you’ll see a little bit of an improvement in your actual live stream. Let’s get started.
Let’s talk about one of the first tips that I think is an easy thing to implement, but I think people overcomplicate it a little bit and how I’ve made it a little bit easier for you. The first tip I think that will help you really improve your live streams without needing too much effort is adding beautiful overlays.
Now this doesn’t have to be complicated like this animated thing that you see at the bottom here. You may see at the top here and at the bottom here, I’ve got these bars and these bars, do you like them? Do you like, do you like the look? They’re a little bit retro, and they come in different like layout.
I’ve also got like this full frame layout as well. And there’s also like this nice one, you may have seen this one on the live stream before. This purple layout. And there’s like all sorts of colours and these are simple livestreaming templates and there are overlays that you can use and you don’t have to actually do much with them.
You can just use them. On the internet, there are so many different livestreaming templates available, but I’ve scoured the internet for you to make it easier for you. I’m just going to go ahead and share my screen. And these are streamer templates and they’re created by a guy named Dee, who’s also a live streamer and YouTuber and it’s kind of like created by YouTubers and Streamers for YouTubers and Streamers.
And there are a bunch of templates here and they’re just beautiful and easy to use. Right? You’ll see, like he’s got, he just opened the shop up not too long ago, but these are, they’re just a couple of templates, what just a couple, there are, you know, there, there’s a decent amount of templates that you can use and he’s kind of narrowed it down.
The thing that I like about these templates is that if we click on one, you’ll see that he’s got layouts that are very specific to live streaming. And so he’s got like these are specifically for use within StreamYard, but, but unofficially and I’ve tested it and I can vouch for it, I use these in Ecamm live.
I know they also work in Restream, even though that’s a competitor to Streamlabs and they work in OBS as well. And what it allows you to do, let’s go back to me because let’s go back to me.
What allows you to do is it allows you to just switch on these templates, right? And then it’s like this beautiful little piece of branding and a little bit of personality. I like this retro blue one. And then here’s some other things I can do with it.
You know, I can switch between them. I can also use the full layouts like this. He’s got included like these backgrounds, and then you can use them and put texts on it to emphasize a point. And it is so easy to customise them.
They are Photoshop files, but you don’t need Photoshop to actually edit them. You can use photo PR and that’s a free tool to actually edit the files as well. That’s definitely an easy way to customise the templates. I’ve also, you know, been able to do funky things like this.
They’re just changing them up to suit how you want, and this is a little bit close to my face, but it allows you to just have a little pro look and a little bit more personality. And they’re beautiful, as you can see. I really, really love them. And if you’ll have a look, I’m going to ask the moderator, Dave, to drop it in the chat.
But the link is in the description to streamer templates and they’re quite, you know, they’re affordable as well. I think the problem that we have with streaming templates is that there’s so many, and it’s so overwhelming, but if you go and have a look on streamer templates, you’ll see, like there are a bunch of them. And let’s have a look at some more. Here’s some more styles of them. They’re just so versatile. Just so versatile.
And I want to show you as well. The thing that I really like about them, let’s go back to my computer. Let’s turn off this one. I’ve got a bit of like overlay overload. If we go back to my computer, let’s go in StreamYard. Okay. I can show you how they actually work.
This is an example of one of the templates, and I’m going to add myself and I’m going to add a second person and you can see just like that, I’ve got one of the backgrounds and it’s pre-made for me.
It just has this nice little touch. Ideally, one would be you and one would be your guest and you can have your name and your guest’s name. And then you just have this beautiful background that just looks really nice. And you may be saying, Oh, you know, I like the retro style, but I don’t like those colours, but you can customise them.
Right. You can go, you can customise them to be whatever colour thing that you actually like. I really, really love the streamer templates because they’re so versatile.
No, if we have a look at another template, so let’s get rid of the guest, and let’s say that I want to share a screen. I’m going to share a screen. I’m going to share a Chrome tab.
Whoa, what just happened there? There we go. We shared that. And I’m gonna— tada! There we go. You can see there that I’m on one side, I’m sharing a screen.
And there’s also another template that allows me to have a beautiful background or the actual screen-sharing application of it. I’ve got, you know, different layout for, if I have a guest. I’ve got different layout if I want to share my screen.
And you don’t have to do anything but upload them. And so you can just upload them directly to the background section, or you upload them to the overlay section, depending on which one you’re actually using. That’s why I really love these streamer templates.
They’re incredibly easy to use, you know, you can just turn them on and off and then you can customise them to suit what you, what you need them to do. I’m just gonna grab some water, my throat is being, my throat and chest are being, just being, uh, these weeks.
Everyone can just watch me drink some water. First thing, first thing to help you improve your live streams is overlays and streamer templates— really easy to use. A beautiful set there that’s narrowed down so you’re not overwhelmed and you see how easy it is and how nice it looks.
It just looks really nice on the actual live stream. Let’s talk about, about the second thing. Goodness me, what’s going on? I’ll just give you a moment to read it there while I drink some water. The second thing that you can do to really improve your live streams is to get using some live stream software.
And I’m really a big believer in using software because it’s okay to use the native Facebook and the native YouTube live, you know, tools but they don’t give you the ability to add guest or to screen-share or to add beautiful overlays really easily.
I’m a hundred percent all for live streaming software. There’s so many different providers out there. StreamYard is a big one. I know a couple of people who are live on the chat are big StreamYard lovers.
Restream is another great one, Ecamm live, Melon app who’s created by Logitech is also another great one. Definitely look to use live stream software so you can do things like add your overlays.
You can do things like play music, add guests and share your screen and just add some more personality. Use live stream software. I’m a big fan of it. And it’s another easy one to do. Let’s have a look at tip numero three.
Feel the frame. Sometimes I see live streams and one of the problems that I feel people have is with framing. Right now I think we’re pretty close, right? Like we’re pretty like distance-wise, we’re pretty close. And the point of this and the purpose of this is so that it has a bit of a intimate feeling ’cause that’s the point of live streaming.
It’s meant to be this way of engaging. It’s meant to be, you know, like you’re supposed to feel like I’m here and I’m talking to you. And that’s what I hope that I project. Now let’s have a look at what happens if I stand way back. How close to me do you feel between this and if I’m too far away like this?
Right? If I’m all the way back there and I’m talking to you from all the way back there, do you feel engaged? Do you feel like I’m talking to you? Do you know that I’m talking to you?
Or do you feel more connected to me like this where like, I’ve got my eyes on you here and I’m exerting my dominance on you here, no, I’m joking. I’m joking. Do you feel, you know, where do you feel that it’s more connected where we’re closer like this, like we could be on like, if you’re on a mobile device, my face is probably pretty big right now.
If I’m on the screen where it’s just you and I, it’s just you me, man, it’s just you and me. And we’re just hanging out. The whole point is to feel the frame. You know, in terms of how, how close you should be
it’s kind of, it’s kind of really up to you, but I, I highly recommend that you try to get as close as possible possible so that you do have a slightly more intimate feel. That’s another little tip that I have in terms of helping to improve your live stream.
The next tip that I have for you is to structure your live streams for the replay. Now, what do I actually mean about this? You would have noticed in this livestream when I started at the beginning of it, I talked out, I introduced my topic.
I told you that there are links in the description, and I told you, you know, to comment and that I will answer everything at the end, right. And the reason I do that is very intentional. And it’s very deliberate. If I was to stop after each section to answer questions, one, I’d never get through all of the content.
And two, in terms of people watching the replay, it’s kind of boring, right? They’re kind of there for the information, but then they had to sit through these questions. By structuring it for the replay, someone watching it on the replay can watch the content piece and then know there’s a Q and A afterwards, but then it also gives people who are live on the call now, or on the call, on the livestream now, the opportunity to know that I’ll get to it at the end.
I also find that it’s better that way than to answer it as you go, because it’ll keep it tighter and it’ll keep you tighter. I’ve tried the other way, where I answer questions as I go.
And it kind of gets me sidetracked. And sometimes people ask questions that I was going to talk about later anyway. Structure your live stream for the replay, deliberately knowing that a lot of the views will come at the end of the actual, you know, after the live stream is actually over.
That would definitely, you know, help you improve your, your live stream. Now, another little segue is to ask for engagement, right? This is something that I found is, is, is one that is a little bit interesting. Some people like to just naturally talk a lot when they see a chat, but some people need to be a little bit nudged.
I find that in terms of getting more engagement on your actual live streams, one way to get more engagement is to ask for it. Right? You ask for comments, tell people it’s okay to comment, you know, ask me a question if this doesn’t make sense and I’ll answer it or ask for feedback, you know, as during the actual live stream, sometimes people just need a prompt.
And at first, I was like, do I need to tell people that they can ask questions? Surely they know, but people don’t, people sometimes are thinking, Oh, maybe I’m not allowed to ask questions, but if you want engagement, ask for it and, you know, tell people how they can give you that engagement, whether it’s, you know, asking a question, inviting them to ask questions or inviting them to answer your questions.
Like, you know, if you’re polling, talking about things that you like or don’t like. For example, I could, you know, ask for engagement and ask things like who here likes to eat pineapple on a pizza. There are two types of people in this world, as I say, people who like pineapple on a pizza and savages, let me know which one is, you know, floats your boat.
And we can see if we can be friends or not. Those types of things can definitely help engagement and it doesn’t have to be these massive questions about life and the universe.
It could just be small little questions to get engagement like that. Invite it, ask the question and then, you know, let people to engage with you on the live stream. Now with that said, one of the things that I found really helped me, particularly when I was live streaming was getting an actual moderator.
When I first started live streaming, you know, for the most part, people are incredibly warm, friendly, and supportive, but there is just those 1% of people, right. There are just those randoms out there who like just ruin it for everyone.
And they create this horrible experience where they spam the chat, they harass people on the chat, or they harass you. And I’ve found that having a moderator to make sure that one, if someone’s harassing me during a live stream, they can block them and remove them from the actual live stream because ain’t nobody got time for that.
And also they’re protecting people in the chat as well, because that’s not okay. It’s not okay to come and think that you can just, you know, trash on people. And, you know, I didn’t think that it would ever be an issue.
And two, I saw it myself on a live stream and then I experienced it myself. Now I have moderators who help me. I have moderators who help me moderate the chat so that I can focus on delivering the content and they can make sure that it’s a safe place for everyone.
The moderators are, you know, very between my husband, Dave, who’s in the chat right now. And also, I also have a community manager Meidiana who helps me from time to time as well. I’ve been like really sick and struggling. I’m just feeling my throat like caving in right now, but we’re gonna keep going through.
Okay, sorry. We’re almost there, my friends. We’re almost there then I’ll get to your amazing questions. My other tip is to optimise for YouTube before the actual stream. One of the things that I found helps is that if you are going live on YouTube, you want to make sure that your title, your description, your tags, and your thumbnails are all optimised before the stream.
And the reason is once you’ve set up your live stream, this sits in YouTube and it has the possibility of showing up within YouTube search before you’ve even started the live stream. If you’re putting it out a day early, a week early, it can be found in search.
You increase the chances of your video succeeding if you, if you optimise it before the actual stream. I’m not saying that, you know, once, if you get it wrong, you can’t go back and fix it.
But I found that if you use tools such as TubeBuddy, if you use tools such as VidIQ, both of the tools which I use, to help you find your keywords to help you optimise the video better then this increases the success of your live stream, particularly after the replay.
Make sure you optimise your video before you actually stream live. And how long should you schedule your videos out in advance? I haven’t quite been consistent or organised in order to answer this question, but I do find like if you give people about a week’s notice, then that kind of really helps you get a good number of people on the actual live stream, but it really depends sometimes, you know, you can give people a week’s notice.
Sometimes you can give them no notice and still get a lot of people. It’s just live streaming is just one of those things. You don’t know how many people will actually be on the actual live stream, but optimise your video before you actually go live so that you can make, so you can leverage all of the YouTube juice before you actually, you know, before, well, before the live stream.
That’s definitely something that you want to do. Now, that brings us to my bonus tip. As I said, I pushed the Mac OS big sur update, and now I can’t hear sound coming out of Ecamm live, but my bonus tip to helping you improve your live streams is to use music and sound effects.
One of the problems with, not one of the problems, but one of the ways to, you know, have a bit more personality and to showcase a bit more personality is to use sound effects. And I’m really hoping that this works like, and also, like this.
I can’t hear it so I don’t actually know if this is working, but they should have been on sound effects of cheering and an evil laugh, right? And you can get sound effects from sites, such as epidemicsound.com.
And you can also get music that you can play either, you know, during the live stream or before and after the live stream as well. That’s another way that you can kind of add some personality and kind of add some fun to your live stream as well. That essentially wraps up all of my tips.
I talked about a lot of things today. We talked about getting beautiful overlays and I showed you streamer templates and how easy it was to use. You can get some beautiful overlays that you can use right away. We talked about using live stream software, so you can look more pro.
Big fan of StreamYard, Ecamm Live, Restream, Melon. There’s so many different options and they’re so easy to use right now. We talked about feeling the frame, so get close so we can feel, you know, like connect it right now, get close, feel the frame. I talked about replay value.
Structure the live stream so that someone watching the replay gets benefit as much as someone who’s actually live with you as well. I talked about inviting engagement, asking people to ask questions, asking people to comment, asking people to engage during the live stream.
And that will help you get more engagement. I talked about getting moderators so that they can make the live stream safe for you and for other people who are on the live stream. Talked about optimising your YouTube, your video for YouTube before the stream. And then the bonus tip was to use music and sound effects.

Let’s just put it on, these round frames. I really like these ones as well, because I like the pink. I don’t know why. I just liked the pink in them, but it’s really usually between this one and like this one. Let’s leave that there for now.

I really liked that he simplified them, right? Because you can’t get streamer templates from bunch of sites. The problem with streamer templates is they’re very orientated towards gamers. I have got nothing against gamers, but you know, not everyone is a gamer.
A lot of people want to use live streaming being for content creation outside of gaming. Dee’s done it specifically for us as creators who are not necessarily streaming. That’s why I really, really love them. Jasmin says, “Nice”.
HausaFilms says, “Great nod to Beyonce’s”. I like that you saw that little touch there as the guest enter. Pete’s says, “I’m convinced. Need to level up my overlay game”. Pete, I don’t think you have any excuses anymore, especially now that you’re entitled to one for free from Dee, so definitely hit up Dee for your free template. And, they’re so easy to use.
You can use like photo pier, which is free to modify them, or you can use Photoshop and you can get a free trial of Photoshop to use them. Otherwise, I’ve also modified it outside of those tools. I also have used Canva to modify them as well. Great, great, great tools.
David says, “Beyonce drops in on the live stream from time to time”. Yes, yes. Beyonce. I have like this insider joke with my husband where, you know, when I go to live stream, I bring my alter ego. I bring my alter ego to the live stream and she’s Beyonce. Anyway, that’s the insider joke. And I’m sure that makes sense to no one but myself.

People always ask me, you know, which one’s better TubeBuddy or VidIQ?” and I really think that they’re different tools. I originally used, you know, VidIQ because I found that their keyword research tool was better than TubeBuddy, but TubeBuddy has so many other features like split testing of, you know, YouTube thumbnails and like just so many other functionalities.
I think like they’re great too if you can get both because they have different features that you can use, particularly for your YouTube. Jasmin says, “It’s 12:00 PM here. Great live, very helpful. Love the overlays”. Thank you very much. And Pete Johns has a question. “Any tips for handling nerves when going live?”
No, I felt I’ve been a bit sick and my husband’s like, you always mentioned that on the live streams recently, I’m like, well, I have, I’ve been a bit sick. And I think today was another day where I was like, I’m feeling a bit more nervous than I normally do, but probably because my throats given out because I’ve been sick.
And I think, yeah, I think you don’t get less nervous. I think we’ve had a chat about this with live streams. You just get better at managing your nerves. And I think I saw someone on the live stream that Pete you and I did when they were like, you know, if I didn’t vomit after a live stream, it was a great live stream.
I think there’s a natural level of nerves because you’re going live and you’re putting yourself out there and things happen. And you know, you’re, you’re, you’re putting yourself out there to be judged by others.
And so naturally you’re going to feel a little bit nervous, but yeah, I think you just kind of learn to manage it better over time and the things that bothered you, bother you less as you do more of them if that actually actually works. Hey, Ricky Neal, nice to see you here. Nice to see you here.
Okay. O.G. Kitch, “Finally caught a live stream, #winning”. Thanks to have you here. Thanks to have you here. Jade Starr says, “I made my own assets and templates for OBS for my daily streams”. Yep, absolutely love, you know, creating your own templates and overlays, you know, add your own personality.
And I create my own as well. And you know, there’s so many different ways to do it. I have a tutorial on how to create your own overlay templates using Canva so you don’t need anything fancy because you can go really complicated and use after effects and modify animated templates or you can, you know, it doesn’t, everything doesn’t have to be animated.
You can just use graphics and they can look amazing as well. Rubie’s life in Oregon said, “I have learned many things about Canva from your channel”. Thanks. Now, Rubie also asked a question, which I forgot to answer. Rubie, I did get your question.
Rubie said, “Just in case I can’t make your live stream. Here’s my question. I’ve recently got a membership to Canva. Whoo. Canva Pro. Can I use my music for my YouTube video? If yes. How many times?
And am I allowed to download their music?” here’s how it works with Canva, right? With Canva, if you get the pro version of Canva, you get access to their music library and their music library is actually supplied by epidemic sound.
You can use that and you can use that in your YouTube videos a hundred percent. You can definitely use it. The way it works is each video that you download is one license. Whilst you have an active Canva Pro account, that covers your, that covers you in terms of the license to use that video.
You can download that and each time you download it, it will ask you to connect your YouTube account or your social media account. And that will register, that will connect epidemic sound and your YouTube account. You can download it as many times while you have an active account to actually use.
Now, the way that it works is let’s say that we’re in November now, and you have an active Canva Pro account. You can, you know, use all of those downloaded videos with the music tracks in November. If you stop using it, let’s say in January, the videos that you used in and downloaded in November and December, you’re covered for you, can’t then go in January and use them.
You’re not covered for anything in the future, but the stuff that you used at that time, and if you’ve uploaded it to YouTube will continue to be protected because you got the license for that time, but you can’t use them for new stuff, if that makes sense. That’s how it works with, yeah, that’s how it works with Canva and the music licenses.
Dave says, “You get better at live streams with practice. And this comes from someone whose brain goes completely, completely turns off the moment that someone presses record”. I’m convinced that there must be a scientific study that shows that something happens to your brain.
The minute you turn a camera on or the minute you go live, because your brain, and I believe this is the technical term, turns to mush when you go live and all of those great ideas and all of those know well-structured sentences go pfft.
I’m a hundred percent convinced that that’s what happens to your actual brain. Yeah, so Michelle says, “Hi everyone, thanks for the video. I’m so new to this”. Welcome, Michelle. Welcome, Michelle. Now HausaFilms says, “Makes me wonder if live streaming is as nerve-wracking as public speaking”.
I think it is. I don’t have any evidence that suggests otherwise, but I’m pretty sure that, like watching me is kind of a form of public speaking, isn’t it? But you’re kind of just behind a camera, but there are people, people watching you and people engaging and they’re just on the chat, but they’re still there and they’re still judging you and you still get all the feelings that you would get if you were, you know, public speaking to a group or in front of an audience in person.
Pete says, “In recording, we call it red light fever”. Yep. Definitely. When your brain turns to mush and everything that was supposed to happen, didn’t. Yep, definitely an official term. O.G. Kiych, “Will you ever do a video on Stream Deck?
I’ve been playing around with StreamYard for about a week, want to use the deck for my live stream, mainly sound effects”. I have a lot of strong feelings about Stream Deck, so…
I have struggled a little bit with El Gato, and their support. I had an El Gato cam link, so the capture card and it worked okay. And then it just stopped working and I raged and it was particularly during the time it was just after COVID hit.
And I was trying to live stream more and sometimes the capture card worked and sometimes it didn’t and I was making the effort to live stream early in the morning. And you can understand you’re already stressed in the morning, let alone the software, let alone the hardware not working on you.
Right. I contacted El Gato support and their support was as useful for telling me to turn my computer on and off again. I really struggled with El Gato support and this went on for weeks and then I just gave up. I was like, I cannot have another conversation where you tell me to, you know, restart my computer.
Like I can’t handle it. I don’t have positive feelings or positive experiences with El Gato anymore. I don’t think I can legitimately, buy a Stream Deck and not have like PTSD from how hard it was to deal with them. I’m hoping that they have gotten bette now that we’ve been quite a few months into COVID.
I know that their support has just been slammed because you know, the number of people purchasing their products and requiring support has just, who knows. It’s definitely increased for the capacity that they had. But no, I won’t be anytime soon doing anything on stream, the El Gato Stream Deck, because I don’t really like, I don’t really like the experience that I had with El Gato.
I’m still coming down from that. I do like the idea of potentially getting a Stream Deck to help manage, but I don’t think I’m there yet, so no.
Jade Starr says, “I love Stream Deck. Been using the iOS app for my shows and it’s seamless.” that’s good. That’s really good. I’m glad to hear that you had a really positive experience and then it all worked for you.
Their capture card, man, just, oh, just infuriating, particularly for something that was like $200 that works whenever it wants to. I just think that’s unacceptable. Anyway, that was my little, my little rage and my little, I’m a high horse.
I do. I do like the idea of getting a, I, I have, I do really like the idea of audio interfaces and Pete Johns is here and has lots of audio interfaces. I like the idea of them for helping you get better audio. And that’s kind of the next step for me. And I’m excited about that, but yeah, in terms of Stream Deck, I’m not quite there yet.
Jade Starr says, “Speaking of help and support since the Restream…” Oh, so Jade Starr has had a really great time with support with Restream, so that’s really, really good as well. I’m definitely, I really like Restream. I think people’s experiences with software and hardware is all different, right?
Some people have great experiences with El Gato support. Some people like me, don’t. Some people have great experiences with Restream and some people don’t. I’m glad to hear that, you know, it’s not all bad, so that’s kind of, yeah, that’s kind of the experiences today.
Now, everyone you have been absolutely amazing on today’s live stream. O.G Kitch said, “Oops. Didn’t mean to open that can of worms”. No, that’s okay. That’s okay. You went to know that I had raged with El Gato support, but that they’re definitely not your fault, their fault.
You know, it was one of those experiences where I really wanted to resolve it and I could not believe that for weeks, their response to me was, their steps to resolve was, turn your computer on and off again. Make sure nothing else is plugged in, reinstall the software.
And I was just like, how has this been three weeks and we’re still here? This cannot possibly, I cannot go on with this. I give up. That’s why my emotions are so strong. It’s like, come on, come on.
And I also have, you know, I’m not, I can’t say that I’m an engineer, but I’m not the least technical person in the world. For me, it was just like, we can do better. You guys can do better than this, this isn’t, this is not okay. Anyway. Yes, worms, worms, worms, worms and worms.
Your agile lady says, I think a lot of support is not real support. I, a hundred percent agree with you. Like, I don’t understand how, you know, when I was struggling with them and like I was Googling, maybe other people are struggling with it too.
And I could see on their Twitter they’re getting slammed. I wasn’t the only person that’s struggling. It was just one of those. It was just one of those things. O.G Kitch, “Definitely didn’t mean to put you on the spot”.
All good, my friend. It’s good that we share. It’s good that you’re here. And I get to express how I feel and get to do what I need on the live stream. YourAgileLady says, “That is not support”. That is definitely not support.
I am, you know, good support is I think being able to meet the person where they’re at and it’s like, I, I, in detail told you everything that I’ve done and the troubles that I’m having.
And, you know, that the response should have been here are a set of steps, not, you know, anyway, anyway, anyway, you live and you learn, you live and you learn. And it’s just one of those things. I’m really grateful for everyone for being here with me today.
And thank you also to Dave, who’s been, still our moderator on the chat. I had a live stream where like, one of the reasons that I guess triggered me to getting a moderator was one of the first live streams I had, you know, you’re on a live stream and you’re really busy.
And you’re trying to get through all of this content. I had someone who had emailed me and also very spam email that I ignored. But then they came on the actual live stream and were like, Hey, did you get my email?
How come you haven’t answered my email? Are you busy right now? And I’m like, dude, I’m on a live stream. I’m delivering content. Like I can’t like stop and answer your email right now. Like it was spammy anyway. And they would like literally for a minute, just, you know, hitting me, comment after comment on the chat going, Hey, why haven’t you checked out my email, please go have a look at my email.
And I was just like, this is madness. What’s wrong with the people, so inappropriate. Anyway. I do love a good chat, but there are some people who would just ruin it everyone else. Pete Johns says, “Must be gin o’clock, Sara. Happy Sunday.” Thank you, Pete.
